. I had an issue come up recently which was an obvious oversight on their part and was given no resolution in return other than, "we understand your frustration and I can't tell you why it works this way, but please share your feedback the forums". Apparently a support ticket < a forum post.
Really..? This is the customer service I can expect from a billion dollar company? I work for a startup and we provide better customer service than this. We have a total of 2 support reps and they have access to developers when the situation warrants it.
I'm not asking to speak with developers. But as the CTO for our company if a customer has a problem and I have the ability to fix it I do it no questions asked.
