CLG gibt Trennung von Overwatch-Lineup bekannt

Wie die Nordamerikanische Organisation Counter Logic Gaming am Donnerstag bekannt gab, wird man sich von seinem Overwatch-Lineup trennen. Grund hierfür sei unter anderem die bevorstehende Overwatch League und die Tatsache, dass eine Teilnahme an dieser nicht mit den momentan gesetzten Zielen konform gehen würde, so dass man sich dazu entschloss getrennte Wege zu gehen. Während einige der Spieler bereits bei neuen Organisation untergekommen sind, sei man bei den Verbleibenden in finalen Verhandlungen.

We were committed to making CLG Overwatch the best it could be. Many teams in the months prior had released their rosters in order to re-evaluate their position in the esport, but we still believed that the OWL could be the right fit for CLG. After months of discussion however, it was determined that entering the OWL does not align with our goals at the present time and that we will be parting ways with our Overwatch team.
