Statement James ‚hazed‘ Cobb
First off, I want to thank everyone who tried out with us. We tried to give every player a fair chance by playing multiple times with them on different days to see where they stood from day to day. In the end, we narrowed it down to a few guys who really stood out to us. Subroza and Ethan are both fantastic players in both skill, communication, and more importantly, determination. These guys are committed to doing what it takes to be the best.
I know this decision has received mixed feelings. I would kindly ask everyone to not be so hard on them. Making the jump in to the pro scene is not easy as you are suddenly faced with harsh criticism from the masses. Every mistake is amplified. However, I take full responsibility for their performances. If I cannot bring out the best in not only Yassine, Ethan and even Kenny, then I deserve the blame.
Have faith in these guys as you have had faith in us. Ethan and Yassine are teeming with talent ready to be used. Im excited for the future of the team with them and I hope that we can bring new found success with these two youngsters on board.
