crZy: My level in CS:GO is much better than in 1.6

imageescene.de: Hello Sune, you’re the team captain of KILLERFISH eSports e.V. Your team did pretty well at Copenhagen Games 2013. How satisfied are you with the result of the event?
Sune ‚crZy‘ Hansen: Hi there, yes we did quite okay considering we had to make a change just a week before the event. Overall we are pretty satisfied with the result, though we are a bit sad that we didn’t close the mouz game at 13-7 on the third map. 🙂

Do you like attending Lan events, or do you prefer playing online in a home environment?
We love playing lan events, thats why we play. I dont play for online leagues, I play to get to the big events.

»I don’t see any team in Denmark being a threat to us«

You have played in many teams before. Are you confident, that your team will
stay in that roster or are there any plans of changes in the future?
The „core“ of 4 players stayed together for some months
now, and I sure hope we stay that way. I don’t see any team in Denmark being a
threat to us, we can compete with the very best. I don’t hope to see more
changes in our lineup, but to say it won’t happen… you can never know.

With Morten ‚coloN‘ Johansen, you have a player in your lineup, who was
considered to be one of the best former 1.6 players. What do you think about
him in CS: GO?
coloN is by far the best player to walk on Danish soil. He joined
Anexis, but they didn’t find him good enough, shame for them I’d say, since he
is the best player on the scene here. He is constantly evolving and he’s
learning and listening to me, and that makes him very deadly with his reflexes and aim.

Sune ‚crZy‘ Hansen during the ESL Pro Series Finals Germany in CS 1.6

You played in the EPS before and even won the last season of CS 1.6. Would
you like to have a format like the EPS in Denmark?
An EPS in Denmark would be awesome, however we already have gaming.dk
league and komplett league, so they are here to fill the voids. But I miss an
event from the ESL in Denmark, I surely do!

Would you ever play in an international team like dotpiXels again, or will
you focus on playing with Danish players?
It’s hard to tell, I didn’t even expect to return to the Danish scene
again. But now we seem to have probably the strongest scene in the world.
Right now my full focus is here and it will stay that way until something
could change, but at the moment, I don’t think it will.

How happy are you with CS: GO at the moment and what would you change?
The game is getting better and better with every update, I just hope they
fix minor things with the movement and still a bit of recoil issues. Then the
blur on zoom and M4A1 silencer is a must have!

What do you think about the current mappool in CS:GO and are there any other
maps you would like to play in competitive tournaments?
I would like to see de_tuscan and de_cache used. I actually really like
cache, so hope to see that one being used in tournaments. However, when de_tuscan
is released, I’m sure we will see it in the map pool.

Paul ‚ReDeYe‘ Chaloner said at the IEM World Championship, that CS:GO needs
75.000 viewers to get an IEM. Would you like to have that event in CS:GO or
are you happy with the tournament scene?
So many tournaments are up at stake at the moment, but IEM has
always been a part of CS history. We need it! It’s the greatest event of all
times, and I would be sad not to see them integrate CS:GO to the IEM.

You get a lot of hate in the scene. Does it affect you as a player, or what
do you think about this issue?
I get a lot of critique because of my 1.6 time. Lately I’ve been getting a
lot of good criticism. My level in CS:GO is much better than in CS 1.6, so I’m not
really worried about any comments, I know my level, so does my team. 😉

Thanks for taking the time, Sune. The last words
belong to you!
I Would like to thank KILLERFISH & Razer – go like my fanpage @facebook.com/crZyCSGO – will be doing some giveaways shortly =) Thanks!
