emilio nicht mehr bei Team Property

Es war etwas, dass nicht alle Tage passiert. Das Publikum war verwundert, die Kommentatoren wussten nicht was sie sagen sollen und Team Property war schockiert. Joel ‚emilio‘ Mako von Team Property bekam während den Fragbite Masters einen  VAC-Bann. Valve gab Team Property 48 Stunden um emilios Unschuld zu beweisen. Dies konnten sie jedoch nicht.

Nachdem Team Property emilios Unschuld nicht beweisen konnte, mussten sie reagieren. Als logische Schlussfolgerung warfen sie emilio aus dem Lineup. emilio, der beteuerte kein Cheater zu sein, gab einem seiner Real life Freunde die Schuld an dem VAC-Bann. Seiner Erzählung nach, habe er einen seiner Smurf Accounts eben jenem Freund geliehen, der daraufhin hin wohl gehackt haben soll. Da dies jedoch nicht bewiesen werden kann, kam Team Property nun zu eben diesem Entschluss.

Statement von Team Property:

We have investigated the cheating accusation made against Joel
Mako and found no way to prove his innocence. The claim he has made is a
friend of his played on one of his smurf accounts which mail is linked
to his main account. We have found no way to prove this to Valve. Thus
we have decided to not pursue this matter further.

Team Property will never accept any form of cheating, we are in
eSports for the long run and has been for the last four years. We
understand you are angry and so are we this is because we put ourselves
up to an incredibly high standard. We work with the teams all of our
free hours so our players and teams can be up there with the worlds best
and perform. This situation damages our momentum and things planned in
the short term for the CS:GO team but we will continue to support CS:GO.

Statement von Joel ‚emilio‘ Mako:

I cant prove that my IRL friend is the one that have been cheating,
and I know it’s retarded to even lend him the account in the first
place. But to my excuse, I really didnt know that all your accounts gets
banned if 1 gets affected. If I knew that I would never ever give him
the account because I would never risk my career!

Durch den VAC-Bann von emilio wurde er auch von allen zukünftigen Fragbite Events ausgeschlossen und Team Property wurde von den Fragbite Masters diqualifiziert. Ob Team Property in Zukunft weiterhin an Fragbite Events teilnehmen darf weiß man zur Zeit noch nicht.

Statement von Team Property:

Fragbite Masters has been nothing but fair in this situation and we
would like to extend our gratitude for their professional attitude in
this matter. We hope we can participate in their upcoming leagues and
tournaments.

Wer emilios Platz bei Team Property einnehmen wird ist noch unklar.
