Das muntere Rebranding in der neuen Saison geht weiter. Nach Curse, Curse Academy, LMQ und Evil Geniuses, werden nun auch Henrik ‚Froggen‘ Hansen und Co. unter neuer Flagge unterwegs sein. Via Facebook wurde nun verkündet, dass The Alliance in Zukunft unter dem Tag Elements in League of Legends vertreten sein wird. Die neue Unterkunft in Berlin soll bereits in den nächsten Tagen bezogen werden um sich auf den kommenden Spring Split vorbereiten zu können.

In fluid motion, Patrick“ Nyph“ Funke dictates the flow of the game. With speed and grace, Henrik „Froggen“ Hansen sweeps his foes off their feet. Ilyas “Shook“ Hartsema puts the heat under his enemies and fires them up. Through iron will and determination Martin ‚Rekkles‘ Larsson delivers solid plays while the stout and sturdy Mike „Wickd“ Petersen puts all of his opponents in the ground.
– After finalizing our roster for the 2015 season, we have been hard at work trying to figure out how to identify ourselves for the years to come. In the search of a name, it was important to us that it reflected both strength and versatility as well as synergy. We have an incredible team, one that shines not only as a unit but also individually. So while each player is a force of nature in his own right, we will only truly achieve greatness once we all come together.
We have an exciting year ahead of us, one where we have the means to overcome the obstacles that we faced throughout both the season past but even more so at Worlds. The coming season is also one where almost every opposing team of ours have undergone significant changes to their rosters and will thus all be a new experience for us to play against.
For the guys on the team, the winter has been long. A little too long. They are eager to get started again and very motivated to take on whatever challenges lie ahead. A new head coach will be joining our ranks, namely Martin ‚Mart‘ Mogensen, coming from a background as a professional player in DotA and later certified coach with past experience at both The International ’11 and ’12, his skill set and experience will be put to good use in solidifying the team.
We are all gathering in Berlin this week, in our new offices and apartments, where we will practice and prepare, to retake our place atop the rankings of the European LCS. A heartfelt thanks from the entire team, to those who supported us throughout the past year as Alliance, and a warm welcome to those fans who will continue their journey with us. Hope to see a lot of you in the LCS studios in Berlin!
