Auch nach dem Rücktritt von Carlos ‚ocelote‘ Rodríguez aus dem aktiven Profi-Geschäft soll League of Legends ein Bereich sein, in dem das Team ganz oben mitmischen möchte. Nach mehreren Versuchen den Weg in die EU LCS zu schaffen soll nun mit einem neuen Team ein neuer Anlauf gestartet werden. Aus diesem Grund wurde die Jungs von Team Nevo verpflichtet, die aktuell in der europäischen Challenger Series um den Sprung in die höchste Spielklasse kämpfen.

As part of our expansion plans in eSports, our biggest task in the short run is to keep finding young and talented players who are hungry and eager to accomplish great things in different titles. I am really happy to join Gamers2. I was really excited about this opportunity when I first heard about it. Gamers2 is a well-known and large organization, and the fact that we can now work together with them shows how far we have come as a team. I am also looking forward to working together with Ocelote, who has always been a big inspiration to me. I remember watching his stream, which motivated me to play more, take League of Legends more seriously and really try to become a professional player. We are really excited to be working together with Ocelote and the rest of the Gamers2 staff, and our expectations for this cooperation are extremely high. Gamers2 has already shown us a lot in the few days we have worked together, and we are really impressed with their resources and level of commitment.
