Die deutsche Organisation Alternate meldet sich nun mit einem neuen Lineup in die Heroes of the Storm-Szene zurück. Im Juni diesen Jahres löste sich das Hauptteam von Alternate auf und somit hatte die Organisation nur noch das frisch gegründete Team Alternate Fancy unter Vertrag. Am 30. September 2015 verließ dieses aber auch die Organisation und wechselte zu Team Spartanien. Seitdem hörte man sehr wenig vom deutschen Team.
Am heutigen Tag verkündete Alternate aber ein neues Lineup, das sie auf ihrer Website bekannt gaben. Zuletzt war das spanische Lineup unter dem Namen Huron Team unterwegs. Huron Team machte sich zuvor einen Namen durch die Qualifikation zu den Europe Open #2 Playoffs, wo sie eine Map gegen Team Liquid holen konnten.

We are pleased to announce that after the departure of our last Hots lineup we were able to find a new excellent lineup in the Hots scene! I would like to welcome former Huron team as new members of Team Alternate and we will certainly remain a strong force in the Hots scene.

Since we’ve gathered again around two months ago, we have been considering to move into a more professional environment and we thought that joining Team Alternate was the perfect opportunity for us. We are recently practicing as hard as we can, and even though some people still dont know a lot about us, results are slowly but surely showing up so we are confident on ourselves. Right now, we know what our weaknesses are, and we are working as hard as possible to overcome them. As for our strenghts, we will only work around them to give everyone the pleasure to see what we can bring to the HotS scene during the next months.
