Die Zeit um Weihnachten und Neujahr ist bekanntlich die Zeit für Wechsel und neue Teams, so auch bei Virtus.pro und ihrem League of Legends Lineup. Mit dem Jahreswechsel wird auch bei der polnischen Organisation umgestellt und man tauscht auf zwei Positionen aus und verändert somit das Lineup, welches zuletzt beim LCL Open Cup auf dem 3.-4. Platz landete.
Dabei setzt Virtus.pro auf erfahrene Spieler der CIS Region und holen den ehemaligen Na`Vi Toplaner Rafael ‚Doxy‘ Adl Zarabi, der bereits im Summer Split mit seinem ehemaligen Team den 3.-4. Platz erreichen konnte und einiges an Erfahrung mit ins Team bringt.
Außerdem wird Ilya ‚Kreox‘ Grom als Jungler mit ins Team geholt, wobei dieser nicht nur spielerische Erfahrungen in der LCL sammeln konnte sondern auch als Headcoach bei Vaevictis eSports tätig war.
Mit diesen Spielern wird das künftige Spring Split Lineup komplettiert und man darf gespannt sein ob Virtus.pro sich mit diesem Team einen Platz für die kommenden Playoffs sichern kann.

The end of the year has been really intense, and today we are happy to announce signing two more players for our LoL roster. Our Top laner is Doxy. He is an excellent team player who has already competed for Virtus.pro at the LCL Open Cup in Saint Petersburg. The jungler for the team is Ilya Grom — perhaps the most talented young player in the CIS. As an organization, we will do our best to help him reveal his full potential. We are currently working with our colleagues from Riot Games. Hopefully, we will be able to announce the tournaments we are going to participate in very soon.
