Der VALORANT-Leaker Kingdom Laboratories hat berichtet, dass ein VALORANT-Film offiziell in Arbeit ist. Der Film wird ähnlich wie Netflix‘ Arcane animiert sein und befindet sich derzeit sowohl bei Riot Games als auch bei Tencent in Entwicklung. Laut dem
VALVe setzt sich im Kampf gegen CS:GO Skin-Gambling durch. Die fast schon legendäre CS:GO-Seite CSGO Lounge hat nach dem Druck durch den Spiele-Entwickler und Betreiber der Plattform Steam beschlossen, mit sofortiger Wirkung das Wettgeschäft mit Skins zu beenden. Nun ist es auf keiner Seite mehr möglich auf Spiele mit Skins zu setzen. Auch fanobet, seines Zeichens ein Sponsor der deutschen Organisation mousesports, nahm die Funktion von ihrer Seite. Während CSGO Lounge noch an neuen Funktionen auf der Webseite arbeitet, ist es auf Fanobet bereits jetzt schon möglich mit „Echtgeld“ und Bitcoins auf die Spiele zu wetten.
Somit dauerte es knapp einen Monat, bis VALVe allen Glücksspiel-Webseiten wie CSGO Lounge den Hahn zudrehte. Der Hauptgrund dafür, dass es zu so einem rasanten Verfall der Seiten kam, ist die Verwendung von Bots, die gegen die Geschäftsbedingungen von VALVe verstößt. VALVe sah sich einer Flut von Klagen ausgesetzt, wodurch sie nun aktiv wurden und das Geschäftsmodell beerdigten.
